This policy applies to the digital products sold on meettriple.com: the campaign tracker, the masterclass / webinar, and the media kit generator.
Digital products
Because of the digital nature of our products and the immediate access they provide, all sales are generally final.
Our commitment
Your satisfaction matters. If you run into a technical problem, didn’t receive your access, or were charged twice, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right — a fix, a re-send, or a refund, as appropriate.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your name, purchase date and the product concerned. We usually respond within a few business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Services and custom work
Agency services and custom engagements are not covered by this policy: they are governed by the agreement or contract entered into separately.
